Abstract
Project Managers in the construction industry need to implement changes on the way they manage complex projects to increase efficiency and stay ahead of the competition. One of these changes is the implementation of Agile, a set of principles developed from software development which focuses on rapid response to evolving requirements through collaboration of self-organizing teams (Svalvay, 2004). In the Renewable Energy Construction industry, these performance improvement techniques are being adopted at a slower rate due to lack of knowledge and guidance on how to implement these methodologies to construction tasks causing little motivation from project managers to utilize them. This Praxis aims to fill the literature gap on successful Agile implementation examples for wind farm construction industry and to provide a set of guidelines tailored to the needs of the industry in order for project managers to be more likely to utilize them.
