Abstract

The globalisation advent is changing the competitive parameters and the sector needs improvement about productivity for survive. The big companies are demonstrating a good adaptive capacity, extending their services for other countries. By the way, the foreing construction companies are comming across joint-venture with brazilian construction companies. A integrated model of management production for civil construction companies associating a Management Production System and Flexible Organisational Arquiteture, can improve the implantation and maintenance of competitive paramenters (quality, cost, deadline, supply chain and flexibility) of civil construction companies.
